The real estate industry has been oligopolized for too long, and vested interests restricted the development of any new directions. For them, they don't want to afford the cost of change, it's still the only choice on this market, and so the system they have been using for more than ten years,which is old and complex, it make the task very cumbersome and time-consuming. Also the functions are not enough to meet the needs of today's of pursuit of efficiency and information flow.
Regent integrates and improves the most commonly used functions of competing products to solve user pain points. UIUX has been redesigned to simplify the interface and systematize real estate management.
